Classical violinist specialized in North Indian Ragas.

Trained in ‘Gayaki Style‘ by Sri Neelkanth Nahar Ghaneker.

First Bangladeshi violinist to pursue for a  Ph.D in performing arts.

Recipient of the prestigious certificate of Kalke Kalaker in 1998.

Recipient of ‘Nattya Shobha’ award of 2005.

Recipient of Ananya Shera Dash award in 2008.

Representative of the Bangladesh Cultural Delegation in Iraq, Jordan.

Founding member, Noble Sentiments Band.

Singer, Songwriter, Dance Composer, Music director & Producer.

Released 3 albums on fusion and classical violin.

Virtual show features poem, music

Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy organised a virtual programme featuring poems along with Nazrul, folk and modern songs on Friday. instrumentalist Ruposhi Mumtaz and others participated in the event.
